Rice with Freeze Dried veggies and tuna

Cooking time: 20 min.

Ingredients

100g           Uncooked rice 

1 tbsp         Paprika freeze dried

1 tbsp         Zucchini freeze dried 

1 tbsp         Peas freeze dried 

1 tbsp         Corn freeze dried 

1 tbsp         Carrot freeze dried

1 tbsp         Cauliflower pieces freeze dried 

½ tbsp        White onion freeze dried 

⅓ tbsp        Garlic freeze dried 

A pinch       Freeze dried parsley and chives

180 ml        Water

1 can          Tuna in oil 

Salt 

Pepper

Process

  • Take the rice and wash it in a bowl till the water is not cloudy.
  • Start boiling the water in a pot and when the water has started boiling pour in the rice and slow down the heat. Add the tuna can with its oil and let it boil for 7 minutes then add the freeze dried veggies or the ones of your choice. Keep boiling for 2-5 minutes, or till your rice is boiled. While the water is not absorbed by the rice add salt and pepper. 
  • You can also add any other veggies of your choice or proteins. You can also skip the tuna. When the rice and veggies have absorbed the water and the rice is soft you can enjoy your meal!!
